Gwyl Pontardawe Festival is taking bookings for its annual celebration of World Music - here in South Wales - this August.

The Pontardawe Festival has built a name up for itself for being a festival where you can see up and coming acts perform just before they make the big time... and those acts would be performing side by side with some very established and well known artists from all over the world.
This year's festival is no different from any other in this respect!

The Premium Pitches in the craft market have been a huge success, and we are making these available again. There is a limited supply, though, and they will be allocated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.
They may cost a bit more, but the last few years' experience showed that there were big gains to be made in terms of footfall. There is a space for booking these on the following pages of the booking form.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to accommodate traders' wishes, the festival organisers reserve the right to allocate space within the craft market area on the festival field.

Power is also available and must be booked at the same time as your pitch. This goes for those of you who wish to continue trading at night. Please complete the relevant box on the application form. C-form adapters are also available on payment of a £50 deposit. (This information is important, and determines where you will be situated on the field).

Can you also take care to ensure that you have reserved enough space for your needs, particularly if you plan to park and/or camp on your pitch. A 4m x 4m pitch will NOT accommodate either a vehicle or a tent.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• ALL TRADING SPACE MUST BE BOOKED AND PAID FOR BY 1ST AUGUST 2010.
• Camping/parking space behind your trading area must be included in the pitch size booked. Minimum size to include camping is 4m x 6m
• Extra campsite space can be booked on the campsite at nominal rates
• An electric power supply is available at a minimal cost and must also be booked in advance
• Please ensure that when you vacate your pitch, the area is returned to the state in which you found it. There will be recycling opportunities on site all weekend.
• No Portable Generators allowed on site
• No glass containers/bottles allowed on site
• NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FESTIVAL SITE WITHOUT A PASS. Passes will be sent with receipt for pitch fees.
• NO VEHICULAR MOVEMENT ALLOWED AFTER 17.30 ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY OR BETWEEN 09:00 AND 23:00 ON SAT/SUN .

PITCH ALLOCATION TIMES:

Arrival at any other times by prior arrangement with the Festival office.

ALL WEEKEND TRADERS MUST BE ON SITE BY 4:30PM FRIDAY 20^Th AUGUST.
