· IS THERE A CASH MACHINE ON SITE?

No, sorry, there isn’t. The nearest one is outside Tesco, about 5 minutes’ walk from the site.

· CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?

Only campers - and, please, NO GLASS, for obvious safety reasons. There is a Real Ale bar on site stocking a wide range of beers, cider, wine and spirits. Plus there’s an International Food Court offering more than you’ll need (we hope!). Breakfast will also be available.

· IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?

Disabled parking is available adjacent to the site, which is flat and easily accessible to wheelchairs. Buy a ticket, and a carer can join you for free (or vice versa). If you have any particular needs or requests, please call us ( 01792 830200 ) and we will do our best to accommodate them.

· CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Yes. Responsible dog owners are welcome. But please respect others, keep your pet under control at all times and clear up any mess. Poop-scoops and bags are available, free.

· CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Yes! Kids are welcome at the festival, those aged 10 or under get in for free.

· CAN I CAMP?

Only if you have a Weekend Ticket. It’s £15 per pitch for the weekend (Fri-Sun). That’s per pitch, NOT per person. Cram in as many as you can. You can book it in advance or on the gate. But it’s first come first served.
The campsite is on the main festival field. It’s patrolled by professional security 24 hours a day. But we cannot guarantee the safety of valuables left in tents.
Nor, alas, can we guarantee absolute hush although we do try to keep the noise to a minimum - this is a music festival, after all. If you’d prefer to camp elsewhere, we can provide details of sites nearby. Please call us on  01792 830200.

· WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

The Festival car park is situated in Ysgol Cwmtawe, adjacent to the festival site. But space will be at a premium and priority given to cars showing orange disability stickers. So, if you can, try and leave the car somewhere else. Or better still, use public transport. The stewards will show you where to park. The cost of parking this year is £3 (Half the funds raised will go to a local youth organisation who help us out with stewarding)
Parking for traders and disabled is also available on site. Please follow the signs.

· WHAT’S THE FRINGE ALL ABOUT?

There are events going on all over the village during the weekend, not least the Festival parade which starts off in High Street. Details of the route and timings are given on the website.
Most of the pubs have a full music programme, free of admission charge (details from them).
The Flower Festival is back in St Peter’s Church.
Pay them a visit if you can. Your support will help encourage others to get involved.
And don’t forget the annual interdenominational Festival Service in Gellionnen Chapel.

· Why the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS?

These aren’t just the things we think you should know; they really are the things that people phone up and ask us. In the weeks before the festival, the phones are red hot with queries, so please help us out and save yourself the cost of a phone call…
